A spacious villa offered for rent, located in Crete, right on the beach. It belongs to a residential complex and very close to the essential holiday facilities. The beach is right in front of the villa and more beaches are available within a short stroll, which is extremely convenient. Alternatively, there is a regular bus departing to Heraklion daily.
Villa consists of three levels, measuring 200 sq. m. in total. It sleeps a family of 8. Both central heating and air-conditioning systems are installed to maintain comfortable temperature when staying.
The main floor offers a large living area with fireplace and lounge zone, incorporated with the dining area. Whole floor has huge panoramic windows to enjoy the great views and exit into the main shaded terrace, which adjoins this level. Same area has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern tools and crockery for self- cooking. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, satellite TV, DVD and stereo and wireless internet access.
At guests’ service, villa offers 4 bedrooms – 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom for kids(bunk beds and a single). Two more guests can sleep on a sofa in the lounge, which converts into a double bed.
Guests share 3 bathrooms, fitted with tub or shower. Lavishly complemented with fresh towels and basic toiletries. In addition, there is full range of laundry equipment – washing machine, drying machine, iron, ironing board.
There is a shared swimming pool with plenty of space for all the guests to relax and sunbath.
