Complex beach Villas (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6-7), is a newly built complex (2017) that consists of 6 individual villas located just in front of the beach in Rethymno. It is waiting to offer you unforgettable holiday moments and comfortable accommodation in its ideal location for relaxing near the beach and all amenities. Each of the 6 villas consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Entering the villa there is a living area on the left and an open plan fully equipped kitchen on the left as well as a dining area. French doors lead to the terrace where is comfortable patio furniture and a dining table where you can enjoy all meals of the day under the shaded pergola. Next to the pool which has a size of some 25 sqm, there are umbrellas and sunbeds. Further on there is a twin bedroom and a shower/WC. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is another twin beds bedroom with en suite shower/WC and a wonderful veranda with patio furniture and beautiful views of the Cretan Sea. On the lowest level of the villa, there is another twin beds bedroom and a shower/ WC as well an open plan room where is a table tennis.
All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and have a modern plasma TV. Also, they have twin beds that can be turned into a double bed with an extra mattress that we can offer.
