Staircase leads down to the ground level, which is an open plan space combining living room with one double bed, sitting area with sofa, TV and a kitchenette. It has all you need for basic meals preparation – cooker, kettle, coffeemaker, cutlery and dishes. This level is fully air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace. The main highlight of this villas is the private swimming pool of 21 sq. m. (max depth 1,4 m), with sun loungers and dining set on the deck for rest or alfresco dining, enjoying perfect view and weather.
