A private complex of three villas (CRT120, CRT121, CRT122) is conveniently located in a picturesque quiet village, on the west of Crete, close to the city of Chania. It is an ideal place to relax. CRT122 It is largest villa in complex with lots of space, providing 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to the guests when staying. Accommodates 6 persons. The ground floor has: and open plan living room with dining area. It is conveniently furnished with sofa, table, dining table and chairs and has all necessary equipment for entertainment: 42 inch TV, stereo system and WIFI internet available throughout the whole property. Wooden floors are heated if required. The area opens to the sunny terrace with 39 sq. m. swimming pool, where guests can relax and sunbath.
The kitchen is fully supplied with necessary cooking appliances including espresso coffee maker, juicer, oven, ceramic hob and many more. Two bedrooms on this floor feature a double or twin beds and have: wardrobes, bedside cabinets, writing desk, luggage storage. Bedrooms share a bathroom with marble tub, spacious shower with hydro massage and a separate WC. All guests receive luxury toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.
The utility room contains everything, guests may need: small ladder, iron, ironing board, safety box, cleaning tools and first aid kit.
