This villa can host up to 18 guests, so it perfectly fits for few families or a large group travelling together. Standing within walking distance from a sandy beach, this villa at the same time guarantees privacy and comfort to the guests.
When entering the villa, you will be astonished by the interiors, which are decorated with marble, golden elements, paintings, carved furniture. The ground level opens with a spacious living area, where you can relax on sofas, armchairs by a fireplace, watch TV with home cinema equipment. Living area flows into the dining zone, which has semi-circular windows, Swarovski chandelier and exquisite furniture. Large kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cooking tools and appliances, it overlooks the sea and surrounding garden.
Same ground floor houses 2 bedrooms, both fitted with a king size bed and individual bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa, which sleeps 2 more guests and a small living room. Both bathrooms have hydromassage tub and are lavishly equipped with luxury amenities.
Stairs that leads up to the first floor, where 4 spacious bedrooms are located. They have 1 double or 2 single beds, some with a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Each one is air-conditioned, featuring a 32’’ TV, a DVD player and have access to a balcony, facing the sea and garden. All of them have ensuite bathroom with hydromassage tub. There is also a royal 28 sq. m. bathroom with round floor SPA-tub, surrounded by 5 arched windows, 4 ancient Greek columns, double sink and two very big gold plate chandeliers.
Garden around the villa is full of flowers and trees, with few dining and lounge areas, connected via paved paths. Highlight of the villa is the swimming pool, which is heated when cold weather. Hammocks, sunloungers and umbrellas provided for guests’ convenience. Perfect place to relax, sunbath or dine alfresco. There is also equipped barbeque place and a shaded pergola with dining table.
Standing on its’ own gated grounds, it is an the ideal secluded location for a relaxing holiday, enjoying beautiful views of the sea and mountains.
