Two exceptionally comfortable and modern villas (CRT198, CRT199) available for rent in north-west of Crete. Both standing on the coastline, within few minutes’ walk to a lovely sandy beach with clear shallow waters – perfectly fits for kids. Nearest village with essential amenities is in 3 km form the villas, where you can do shopping, dine at numerous restaurants. Built in a contemporary style, with large windows, ample interiors, both fully fitted and furnished, the villas are identical in the layout, except that one of them has an extra annexe, featuring private entrance.
Main level opens with a big living room, fitted with two sofa beds, armchair, plasma TV. Next to is a separate kitchen, generously equipped with cooking appliances to ensure convenient stay. Additionally, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom on this level. Broad windows of the living room let the guests enjoy unobstructed sea views and exit onto a veranda with salt-water pool. Pool deck has plenty of sun loungers for guests to relax and sunbath.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms (1twin, 2 double bedded), each ensuite with a bathtub, accessing a spacious balcony facing the sea. Office corner with desktop computer, internet, book library is at guests disposal.
Lower ground floor hosts a laundry room, gym room (weight bench, exercise bicycle) with Jacuzzi bathtub, sauna. Ideal for those, who prefer to keep fit and workout even on holidays. Large glass doors lead out to the villa’s private grass garden. On this floor, in villa CRT199, there exists an annexe with private entrance. It comprises of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette. Could be rented additionally together with main villa if you need to accommodate extra friends, accompanying staff or family members.
On the grounds, just below the villas, there is a a shaded barbeque pergola. With its traditional barbeque oven and stone table for 12 guests, it offers all the equipment and accessories for guests to prepare delicious meals and gather up for an open-air dinner. Kitchenette offers grill, fridge, sink, gas cooker, stereo CD player, crockery and cutlery items.
