A modern private complex of four independent villas available for rent on the north-eastern coast of Crete and overlook the cosmopolitan town of Hersonissos.Built on a hillside, complex is within few minutes’ drive from beach and offers great sea views. Conveniently located, villas stand within walking distance from some shops, taverns. Meanwhile, we recommend to rent a car and visit Heraklion (25-30 minutes’ drive) with its ancient heritage, cozy cafeterias, picturesque harbour.
All the villas (CRT265, CRT266, CRT267, CRT268) have similar design and layout, built in stone and tastefully furnished (with different color scheme), with private swimming pool, parking space each. Each villa measures approximately 135 sq. m. and comprises of two levels, which are connected with interior and exterior stairs. Perfect for 6 persons.
The ground level consists of a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. All necessary appliances for comfortable living provided – TV, satellite, internet , DVD and kitchen comes with full set of crockery and cooking tools. There is also 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom. This level opens to the main terrace with pool and outdoor dining area.
The upper level has 1 more bedrooms – with a king or twin beds. Bedrooms share a common bathroom with shower cabin. This floor also has a spacious terrace and leads to the parking.
Even though villas are very close to each other, they are detached and guarantee full privacy with its own surrounding area, verandas and own swimming pool of 32 sq. m.
For the most convenient stay, we can assist to rent a car for your entire stay. Explore the surroundings with vast sandy beach along the coast and the cities of Agios Nikolaos, which is one of the most beautiful cities on the island. It is a port, with rich history, beautiful architecture with Venetian elements. Its main promenade in the harbor offers variety of taverns, restaurants and shops. During the summer, there are regular sailings to the island of Santorini. Besides, there are so many other activities to do – hiking, watersports, explore numerous beaches and visit authentic villages with local production like olive oil, herbs, handmade jewels and traditional textiles.
