Villa was built in 2004 comes with both heating and air-conditioning, so it is very convenient to stay here any time of the year. It consists of two levels and accommodates up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan lounge, which incorporates a living room and dining area. Here you can relax by the fireplace on cozy sofas, watch TV. Wireless internet access provided. Dining table sits 6 persons.
Kitchen comes with all you need for self-cooking – an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, crockery and utensils. Also, laundry facilities available. Same floor includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath.
Wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with 2 more bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, another – two single beds. Each room comes with individual bathroom with hydromassage shower. From both rooms there is access to a large sunny veranda, which overlooks the mountains and the sea.
Gardens highlight is a private pool (7,5 х 4 m) with Jacuzzi section and paved terrace around, sun loungers provided for rest and relaxation. Depth varies from 0,9 to 1,6 m, pool towels provided. Barbeque equipment for most convenience, there are few outdoor areas to enjoy your meals alfresco.
