The villa consists of two 3-bedroom apartments, built on three levels. Both apartments feature independent entrances and at the same time they are connected via internal staircase, so that a group or family of 12 guests could be accommodated.
The first apartment is located in the semi-basement and houses 3 bedrooms with one double or two single beds (combined into a double, if needed) and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living room with dining zone and an open plan kitchen, which has full range of cooking appliances and tools. Wireless internet access available throughout the villa.
The second apartment occupies the two upper floors of the villa and also has 3 bedrooms at guests’ disposal. There is an open plan area with living room, flat screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite to a master bedroom, another – a common one with shower).
Fully air-conditioned in all areas and private outdoor lounge with barbecue is provided in both apartments. Moreover, there is a small swimming pool is offered in the upper level of the villa. In the garden with lawn and trees, there is a playground for kids.
