It is equipped with both heating and air-conditioning, so you can enjoy staying here any time of the year. Villa is fully fenced, gated and is surrounded by a garden for privacy and convenience.
Ground level offers an open plan lounge with double height ceiling, which is very bright. Big L-shape couch invites guests to relax by the fireplace. TV and home cinema, internet access – provided for entertainment. Spacious kitchen zone comes with full set of appliances and crockery you may need when cooking. Same floor includes master bedroom, with TV, air-conditioning and private bathroom (features Hydromassage tub).
Staircase leads up to the first floor, where you can find 2 guest bedrooms, both equipped with twin beds, TV and ensuite bathroom with tub or shower. This rooms access balcony, overlooking the surroundings.
When staying in the villa, guests benefit of a private swimming pool. On the deck around there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation under sun. In addition, there is an outdoor lounge and dining set – ideal for family gatherings and alfresco dinners. Barbeque equipment provided.
