Villa accommodates maximum of 8-12 guests and stands in 5-10 minutes’ drive from all necessary holiday infrastructure – shops, restaurants, bakeries.
Villa was constructed from local stone and wood in the beginning of 19th century, fully renovated in 2008. It measures about 180 sq. m. and comprises of 2 levels, connected by a staircase.
The ground floor offers a spacious living room with dining area and open plan kitchen. Fully equipped it has all you need for self-cooking. Meanwhile, in the lounge you can relax and watch TV, a movie or surf the web, wireless internet access provided. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and an office room on this level.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms at your disposal with ensuite bathroom and private balcony each. Bathrooms come with shower, towels and basic toiletries. Three bedrooms are furnished with a double and single bed/ sofa bed, while fourth one has a double bed and a baby cot.
The garden area incorporates also a large sunbathing space with swimming pool (60 sq. m.), barbeque and shaded dining area. Outdoor meals on this stylish terrace are perfectly accompanied with breathtaking views of the mountains around.
Nearby areas offer variety of entertainment options, like hiking, sea trips, watersports on the beach. Do not forget to visit Venetian cities of Chania and Rethymno, picturesque Agios Nikolaos, which offer rich multi-cultural heritage, historic monuments, churches and museums. Have a nice holiday!
