Villa accommodates up to 14 guests and comprises of 2 units - main building and a guest house. Main house has 4 levels:
Level 1 houses a living room with a double sofabed, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms (with one double or two single beds). Same floor has utility room with laundry facilities.
Level 2 is where the main entrance is with main hallway, 1 bathroom equipped with shower. Here you can access a garage for 2 vehicles.
Level 3 consists of a spacious living/ dining room, which features high wooden beam ceilings, stone fire place and cozy sofas around. Entertainment provided via big plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD and wireless internet access. This level opens to a main terrace. Adjacent kitchen has full range of cooking tools and appliances for convenient meals preparation (stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso coffeemaker, etc.)
Level 4 has 2 double bedrooms, both with access to a balcony and individual bathroom each (tub or shower)
Guesthouse stands separately and sleeps more guests. Open room with bed, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
Stairs led up to the loft with two single beds.
Gardens’ main highlight is a huge swimming pool of 62 sq. m. with spacious tiled deck around, sunbeds and umbrellas provided for most comfort. In addition, there outdoor kitchen with sink and grill equipment – perfect for a barbeque dinner.
Property is fully fenced, with security system and electric gates installed. Therefore, it is completely safe and private, good for travelers with kids.
