The house is built according to local architectural style on two levels and conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests. Villa comes fully equipped and furnished with dark wooden furniture and minimal, yet elegant decoration. There is both air-conditioning and central heating systems installed to ensure comfortable temperature any time of the year.
On the ground floor, there is a very spacious open plan kitchen, which comes with brand new electrical appliances and anything you need for self-cooking with dining area (sits 6 guests). Right next to it is a large living room with fireplace, cozy L-shape sofa. TV, DVD player and wireless internet access provided for entertainment. Same level houses 1 bathroom with shower. There is additional dining set outdoors for guests to enjoy late breakfast with a view.
First floor of the villa houses 2 bedrooms. One has a big double bed and second comes with two singles. Rooms share 1 common bathroom with tub and access a balcony, overlooking the pool.
Outdoors, villa is complemented with a private swimming pool and paved deck around with sun loungers – ideal place to relax and refresh during hot summer, sunbath enjoying the landscapes.
