It flows into the dining area and kitchen, which is modernly equipped with all necessary cooking tools and appliances to prepare delicious meals. This area has large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, an office space with desk is assigned on the same level. From the living room area there is a direct access to the main veranda, the pool area and the garden. On the same floor, there is 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom (wheelchair accessible).
Stairs bring you up to the first floor, where you can find 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with ensuite bath and 2 guestrooms (one double, one twin), sharing a common bathroom. All the bedrooms are offering a balcony, air-conditioning units, big closets. Moreover, there is also a laundry room and a Jacuzzi bath with gym equipment.
Lush garden (600 sq. m.) surrounds the villa complemented with a private swimming pool. Our little guests have their own pool area. This villa allows you enjoy every moment of the vacations. In addition, open-air dining area organized by the pool, barbeque equipment provided.
