Villa consists of two levels, measuring 220 sq. m. and accommodates 6 guests maximum. It features simple minimalistic style, with panoramic glazing, high ceiling and open-plan layout.
Ground floor houses a spacious lounge with panoramic windows and glass roof of pyramid shape. This level incorporates a fully equipped kitchen and two sitting areas with sofas. Fireplace creates warm homey atmosphere. Kitchen has big working surfaces, full set of crockery and utensils, also all appliances you need when cooking. In addition, there is a separate guest WC.
Staircase leads up to the first floor, where the bedrooms are. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, opens out to a private furnished terrace. Two guest rooms have one double and two single beds accordingly, sharing a common bathroom with shower. Each room is air-conditioned and has a TV set.
Outside, the villa boasts a big green lawn complemented by a swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Wood-burn oven available for guests to make barbeque and dine alfresco.
