Both Heraklion city and the airport could be reached within 25 minutes by car.
Villa comprises of two levels, accommodating up to 6 guests. It is fully air-conditioned and also features central heating to maintain comfortable temperature. Interiors are tastefully furnished and equipped at highest standards, broad windows bring in daylight and grant stunning views of the Mediterranean.
On the ground floor, there are two spacious lounges with sitting areas for rest, dining zone and a kitchen with full set of cooking tools and appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. In addition, laundry facilities provided. A flat screen TV, WIFI internet access provided for entertainment. This level also has a separate guest WC.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all located on the first floor. Bedrooms offer 1 double or 2 single beds, ample wardrobes. Guests share 2 bathrooms – with shower and bathtub accordingly. In front of the villa, there is a swimming pool surrounded by a green lawn to relax and sunbath. Moreover, large terrace adjoins the house with extra dining/ lounge area and barbeque equipment at guests’ disposal – ideal for family gatherings.
This area of Crete is quite secluded yet popular for holidays by the sea. It is very close to Heraklion where you can enjoy various shopping, dining and nightlife, while during the day it is great place to relax on the beach or take a boat trip along the coast.
