Villas stand in easy reach of local taverns, shops, pharmacy, ATM and many more amenities. Car would be recommended when staying. Both Heraklion and the international airport are approximately 2 hours drive away.
Villa is a semi-detached property, practically furnished to provide maximum comforts. Just like the other villas, it boasts quick access to the sea and same amenities.
Villa measures about 120 sq. m. and accommodates up to 5 guests. At guests’ service, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Each room has an individual bathroom with tub and shower accordingly. Villa is fully air-conditioned, wireless internet access available.
A fully-equipped kitchen comes with full range on crockery and tools for cooking, dining table. In the living room, there is a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed. For entertainment a TV, DVD player provided. Also, villa comes with a washing machine and ironing set to take care of clothes.
Guests, staying at the villa have direct access to the sea, while there is a spacious terrace with outdoor dining set and portable grill.
