Fully fenced, the villa stands hidden in a lush garden, giving privacy and seclusion to its guests. Car essential when staying – nearest facilities are approximately 10-15 minutes’ drive.
Villa is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and equipped at highest standards. It comprises of two levels, accommodating in total 8-10 guests. Actually, each level is autonomous, which is a perfect option for 2 families. Interiors are very cozy, decorated with wooden and natural stone.
Villa offers a spacious two open-plan lounges with sitting area, dining set and kitchen with full set of cooking tools and appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. In addition, laundry facilities provided. A TV-set, DVD player and wireless internet access available for entertainment. A sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, two on each floor. Two master-bedrooms have a double bed, while other rooms come with 2 single beds. The house is served by 4 bathrooms, two of which have a Jacuzzi, others – shower cabin with steam function.
On either side of the villa, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds to relax and sunbath. In addition, there is a barbeque area at guests’ disposal with shaded terraces, dining tables – ideal for family gatherings. Guests can also use bicycles to explore the surroundings.
This area of western Crete, once uninhabited, recently became popular among tourists as it offers long sandy beaches stretching along the coast for many kilometers. The most famous are Falasarna and Gramvoussa with turquoise waters, lagoons (some can only be reached by boat) with white sand. There are no busy resorts here, although small communes and villages have nice eateries and taverns.
