This villa is a restored 19th century house, nowadays fully equipped according to the highest standards and accommodates up to 8 guests. It comprises of two levels (190 sq. m. in total), where the first floor is equipped with air-conditioning (ground level walls are very thick to maintain comfortable temperature).
The main entrance to the house is on the lower floor, where you can find 1 double bedroom (features ensuite bathroom with shower), lounge area, 1 bathroom (shower), WC and utility room with laundry facilities. Same floor also has 1 bedroom with bunk beds and access to the patio and the private swimming pool.
Villas first floor offers main living room with leather sofas, fireplace, dining zone and open plan kitchen. For guests to rest and entertain, there is a TV, books, board games and the kitchen area has been fully equipped with all you need when cooking – fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker and many more. Down the corridor, there are 2 bedrooms , one of which has a double bed and private bathroom, another has bunk beds and ensuite shower. The kitchen and the main bedroom have access to two large shaded verandas, with built-in sitting areas, ideal for a lazy breakfast, sunbathing.
Outdoor terraces are arranged on different levels with plenty of space for rest and alfresco dining. At guests’ service, villa has a small, but private swimming pool (4 x 4 m with 1,3 m depth) and also a built-in charcoal barbecue. The private covered garage is on street level.
