Two neighbouring villas available for rent in Kefalonia, Greece. Villa KEF048 & Villa KEF049 are located in a small village in the northern part of Kefalonia near Fiskardo bay. Both villas are built of traditional stone, previously the buildings were used as olive oil mills – nowadays they are fully restored to comfortable living area. Nestled within only 500 m away from village amenities and 2.5 km from the beach, villas boast panoramic sea views.
KEF048 villa offers 2 bedrooms with private pool and accommodates up to 4 guests.
On the ground floor there is a large living area linked to an open space kitchen and dining room under the high vaulted ceiling. The kitchen comes with full range of cooking appliances, modern tools and crockery. Two comfortable sofas invite the guests to rest and watch TV. Wide French doors open onto the pool terrace. There is also a master bedroom on this level with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, guests can find one more bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Both living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned, pleasantly furnished and boast aristocratic interiors with particular attention to every detail for guests’ most convenience.
Outdoors, there is an old wall on one side outlining the original grounds and guarding the pool. A lovely dining terrace is cleverly positioned to ensure full advantage is taken of the amazing sea views.
Within 10 minutes’ drive, a picturesque village of Fiscardo is located. It is a unique place, as it was left undamaged during the great earthquake of 1953, that ruined most of the historic buildings on Kefalonia. Therefore, old buildings, cafés, bars and restaurants provide a magical Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests are welcomed to stroll along the harbor and enjoy the tranquil holidays.
