Situated on the south coast of the island, the villa is in 10-15 minutes’ walk from a small village with a ferry port and a fishing harbour with regular connections to the island of Zante. The villa is only 15 minutes’ drive to the airport and capital of Argostoli, where there is plenty of choice for shopping and dining at authentic tavernas. Secluded and sandy beach is within easy reach, local wineries are open to the public and the impressive Saint Georges Castle is a 10 minutes’ drive away, along with the famous church of Evangelistria. The villa boasts elevated position with stunning panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. It consists of two self-contained ground and first floor luxury lodging 5 guests per each. Alternatively, as a whole villa for up to ten guests. Also suits for large groups and wedding parties.
On the ground floor there is a large living room incorporated with dining area, featuring a fireplace and cozy sofas. Kitchen comes with full range of appliances for self-cooking. There are two bedrooms with double or twin beds and ensuite bathrooms (equipped with either tub or shower). The first floor includes one more open plan lounge area with dining table (seats 6) and a kitchen, which is equipped in the same way as the one on lower floor. The master bedroom has individual bathroom, twin bedroom also has a bathroom with shower.
One of the sofas in the lounge can convert into additional sleeping place for extra guest. Each dining area at the lounge leads onto a balcony with magnificent sea views over the island of Zakynthos and mount Anios. Outside the villa has a large private swimming pool and a traditional built in barbeque. Guests can cook delicious meals and dine outdoors.
