KEF053 is the biggest villa in complex, offering the guests 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Maximum capacity is 10 guests. This villa spreads over two floors, with the main living areas at the entry level. On the first floor there is a well-appointed large living room, with stone fireplace and sofas. The living room adjoins an open space formal dining area and a separate kitchen with direct access to a shaded balcony with outdoor dining furniture. External staircase brings you down to the pool deck complemented with sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a covered dining pergola by the pool and a built-in barbeque at guests’ disposal - ideal for alfresco lunch or a cool sunset drink. The whole outdoor dining area can seat up to 20 persons and would be a good choice to celebrate an event.The ground floor contains all four bedrooms of the villa, which are en suite.
