Set in the east part of Kefalonia, in a key location, this small complex (KEF067, KEF068) of two cozy villas boasts amazing panoramic views of the countryside. Main entrance is on the ground level includes an open plan kitchen with full range of cooking appliances (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc), which incorporates the living room and dining area. Sofa beds in the living area can convert into extra beds to sleep 2 guests. Additionally there is a WC on this level.
Upper floor houses two large bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), sharing a family bathroom. The bedrooms are completely furnished, with ample fitted wardrobes, air-conditioned.
The ground floor opens onto a terrace with barbeque traditional oven and dining set. For safety reasons the swimming pool of 31 sq .m. is gated and located one level lower than the main house, with surrounding terrace of 80 sq. m.
The nearest town of Sami is a beautiful coastal town and the second largest port of Kefalonia, serving daily trips to Patra, Ithaca and Italy. It is a perfect destination for your summer holidays in Greece. The main coastal road consists of modern amenities, shops and nice cafes. It is a lovely spot to dine overlooking the busy port. The area is home to some of the most interesting monasteries and sights of the island like the monastery of Agrilia, Drogarati caves and underground lakes. During summer, you can also check out some interesting cultural events and local festivities, concerts and theatrical performances.
