LFK031 A two-bedroom villa of total floor area of 80 sq. m. hosts maximum 6 guests. It only consists of one ground level. The living room is elegantly furnished, has a TV, fireplace and a sofa, converting into a double bed. It is united with the kitchen, fully equipped at modern standards and a dining area for six. Two bedrooms on the villa are air-conditioned, with one double or two single beds. One of them has ensuite bathroom with both tub and shower. Second bedroom shares a common bathroom (shower).
Villa boasts a big private pool and outdoor pergola. Here guests can get a refreshing dip during hot day and dine alfresco in the evening. Barbeque oven and accessories provided. This complex ideally fits those, who would like to escape from the noisy city life and enjoy privacy. Every villa has its own driveway and parking space, and is great for families with kids or couples.
