It stands on the west coast of Lefkada island, facing the Ionian sea, within 20 minutes’ drive from the airport and in just few kilometers from a small village with basic amenities (grocery, restaurant). The complex boasts its privileged location – just on the edge of the hill by the sea. Stone steps with handrails lead down to a sandy beach, which stretches along the sea. Each villa guarantees breathtaking views over the crystal sea and ensures total privacy.
LFK037 – are two similar villas, each comprising of 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, conveniently accommodating up to 6 guests. Villas have very traditional Greek style, furnished to the highest standard with antique style modern furniture, leather settees and many additional features. The ground floor hosts an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Fitted to all modern standards, generously sized with wide windows, the area creates a very homey atmosphere. The kitchen equipment has everything you may need, including washing machine. The same level has two double bedrooms - one of them with ensuite shower room, another shares a common bathroom. The upper mezzanine floor has a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outdoors, the villa offers a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi with sunbathing deck. The pool stands close to the house, so it is very safe if travelling with kids – parents can always keep an eye on them. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs, large table and 2 umbrellas provided.
