Located in the south-east of Lefkada, this superb private villa available for rent. Villa stands on a hillside surrounded by trees, fully fenced and faces the beautiful sea landscape. The beach is located 1,5 km downhill, where you can also find couple of local taverns. Car necessary when staying for most convenience – within 15-20 minutes’ drive there is a good selection of shops, supermarkets, ATMs, petrol station and many other amenities.
Villa consists of three levels, with maximum capacity of 12 guests. The interiors are very bright, airy and modernly furnished, with all comforts for relaxing vacations.
There is a living room with dining area, tastefully furnished for most comfort with L-shaped sofa by the fireplace, big dining table. The lounge incorporates a kitchen, which comes with wide range of appliances, crockery and cutlery – ideal for self-cooking. For guests’ entertainment, there is a big TV and internet access.
At guests’ disposal, there are 6 bedrooms available– with a double or two single beds. Guests can use 5 bathrooms, some of them have shower, some feature bathtub. Fresh towels provided regularly.
Villa’s highlight is a private swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds, where you can sunbath and relax. Besides, villa has barbeque equipment for guests to enjoy outdoor dining.
