The vila is 230 m2 stone residence with traditional architecture, and is situated in a privately owned verdant extent of eight acres and at a straight distance of seven hundred meters from the sea. The surrounding region is hilly and free of other residences. It is an ideal spot for relaxation and contact with nature. From the courtyard of the house one can enjoy the splendid colors of sunrise and sunset, the evening star-studded sky, as well as the reflection of the moon in the waters beneath the terrace. Five double bedrooms, one large living and dining room, a kitchen fully equipped, a kitchenette with a small dining place and three bathrooms one with Jacuzzi. On the first level there is the living room with a fireplace, lounge and dining room, three double bedrooms, cooking and dining spaces and a bathroom. On the second level there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one is en suite to a bedroom with Jacuzzi, and a kitchenette with a dining area for four persons. The first level has wooden floors and the remaining space has “cotto” tiled floors.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes, light fixtures and double beds with mattresses made of natural metal-free materials, iron and ironing board. The country style furniture is made of oak and pinewood. The kitchen is completely equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and laundry machine. In the living room there are, fireplace, television, DVD and CD players. By the residence there is a 4 x 10 m rectangular swimming pool, 0.80 to 1.7 m deep with steps, and a 100 m2 lounge area with deck chairs and umbrellas. The villa is surrounded by a 400m2 verandas.
In the exterior space, the plants and trees of the region have been preserved. Sage and thyme grow among the olive trees and cypresses, all protected by stone walls that enclose the terraces. There is also a garden with vines, fig trees and small fruit trees. There is air-conditioning in all rooms. All the rooms have large wooden traditional windows with screens.
