Two lovely villas available for rent, located midway on the Greek Mainland, in a coastal village, 15 km away from city of Volos. This is a perfect place for you summer vacations in Greece – set detached, fully fenced with quick access to the beach and essential facilities in a well-developed resort village with plenty of restaurants, shops. More shopping and dining options available in Volos, therefore we recommend to rent a car. Villas feature modern style, made of fine materials with care and attention to details. Each villa comprises of two levels and has its private swimming pool, very elegant and sophisticated. The layout and amenities of the villas are almost identical, only difference is that MNL013 is facing the sea, while MNL014 overlooks the garden. Each villa accommodates maximum 6 guests.
At guests’ service, there is a large open plan living room with cozy sofas, fireplace and entertainment – flat screen TV, WIFI internet and Blu Ray player, MP3 collection. Dining table sits six, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with modern cooking tools and appliances – fridge, oven, hob, espresso coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and many other items. For most comfortable stay, villas are equipped with both air-conditioning and central heating systems.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, third room has two single beds, which can be made into a king bed. All beds have COCO Mat mattresses and high quality bed linen to ensure deep sleep. 3Modern bathrooms serve each villa, with a set of towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Twice a week cleaning services and towel change provided.
Outdoors, there is shaded terrace with dining set and access to a private pool of 15 sq. m. In addition, gas barbeque equipment available for cooking and enjoying alfresco meals.
