Consisting of 2 levels, this villa measures 450 sq. m. and accommodates an extended family or large group of 10-15 guests. Villa features modern architectural style with panoramic windows, high ceilings, very bright and airy interiors.
Fully furnished and modernly equipped it guarantees ultimate comfort to every guest. It is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, with trees and flowers and couple of outdoor lounge areas.

There are 5 bedrooms at guests’ disposal, all are furnished with a double bed, ample wardrobes. Some rooms have extra sofa. Rooms of the first floor access large sunny terrace, overlooking the pool and garden. Guests share 4 bathrooms – with shower or tub. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub; also guests can relax in the sauna or workout in a gym.
Huge swimming pool of 100 sq. m. is villas’ main highlight, with eco-cleaning system installed and large paved deck around. In addition, there is covered pergola with outdoor kitchen (outdoor grill, sink, fridge) and a dining set at your disposal.
Car rental would be recommended for convenient stay, as this area is full of archeological and sightseeing spots, like the Ancient Roman city of Nikopolis or the picturesque town of Parga.
