Villa occupies a large gated plot and is designed with fine lines according to the traditional mykonian architecture, decorated with stylish furniture by famous designers and hand-picked artworks. With total living space of 700 sq. m., this luxurious residence consists of the main villa and five independent guest houses, accommodating 20 guests in total. Each unit of the villa has both air-conditioning and heating, cozy furnished, modernly equipped for ultimate comfort.
The main building has a spacious lounge – here you can relax on cozy couches and relax, wireless internet access provided, LCD TV. Patio doors open directly to the pool terrace. Same room incorporates the dining area and a kitchen, which has all you need when cooking: big fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker and full set of crockery and cutlery. At guests’ service, there is 1 master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, TV and ample storage units. It has private Jacuzzi bath. Also, there are 2 more rooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms and a playroom in the basement with a small gym (treadmill, dumb bells), air-hockey, ping pong and 1 WC.
Two of the five guest houses have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom. Other 3 guest houses offer 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and a small living room with dining table.
Outdoors, there is a tennis court, large terrace, complemented with a private pool, where you can sunbath and relax, enjoying peaceful sea views. There is also a sound system in the outdoor barbeque area with dining set to gather up for alfresco dinners, followed by amazing views.
