It is fully air conditioned and is located above the pool area, with private entrance, a small shaded pergola and of course sea views. Guest house, with maximum capacity of 4 guests also offers 2 double bedroom, both ensuite with shower. The house stands above the studio, having individual access.
Broad stone-paved terraces around the villa provide plenty of space for relaxing vacations. There are three outdoor lounge areas and a covered dining area, which is ideal for alfresco meals. Barbeque oven and equipment provided. Needless to say, the most attractive feature of the property is its infinity swimming pool, which merges the azure seascape and overlooks the town. A separate studio for staff and sheltered parking space are available at the side of the property.
