The basement features a large living room and three very spacious guest bedrooms. Each one has a double bed, with ample wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, fully air-conditioned. All bedrooms access the garden.
The middle floor has a modern and very well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room. One more lounge area exits onto the main terrace with barbeque facilities, pool and shaded outdoor dining place.
White stone staircase leads up to the highest floor, with a master bedroom at guests’ disposal. It features an open space bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and double sink. Amazing views of the garden, pool and sea are guaranteed.
A spacious terrace complements the villa. It enjoys the sun and the refreshing sea breeze during the day, with a pool house, providing shade during hot summer days. In the evening, it is a perfect place to entertain guests. There is a well-equipped bar, round dining table and large sliding windows which access the swimming pool.
The beach is in a short distance from the property, you can also easily reach all the necessary facilities like shops, taverns, grocery store and ATM. Most of restaurants are family owned with very authentic cuisine. Surely, don’t miss going to Chora for a dinner, souvenirs or to experience nightlife.
