VIP villa in Mykonos, which hosts up to 24 guests. With its huge elegant grounds, modern facilities, chapel and private amphitheater on premises, it is an ideal venue for a family reunion, a special event, or a luxurious company retreat. It is located in the south-west of the island, within 5-10 minutes away from beaches, numerous shopping and dining facilities, nightlife. Architectural design combines modern elements with Mykonian style: stone paved terraces, built-in sofas, beamed ceilings, raw stonewalls. The residence consists of a main house and six independent guesthouses.
Ground level of the main house with the entrance hall leads to the living room with fireplace and stunning sea views. For entertainment there is a big TV, audio and video appliances, wireless internet available throughout the house. Next to there is a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to barbeque area, and a guest WC.
3 Bedrooms have individual bathrooms (shower) and come with one double or two single beds. Upper level includes 3 bedrooms. The master room comes with a king size bed, Jacuzzi bathtub, shower and a terrace with seating area and sea view. Two guest rooms have a double bed, ensuite shower room. One of them opens onto a terrace. All rooms of the villa are equipped with air-conditioning units, LCD TV’s, sound system.
Six independent guesthouses have private entrances, each one comes with air-conditioning unit, LCD TV, DVD, a double bed, 1 bathroom and access to a sea view terrace. One of the houses also features 2 more single beds, some have a private kitchenette.
Beautifully landscaped terrace is complemented by a private 110 sq. m. swimming pool, sunbeds. Guests can also use barbeque area to make delicious dinner and gather up altogether for open-air meals. In case of a private event, a standalone professional kitchen is available to be used by a chef. The residence also features a helipad available for landing and taking off, an ancient theater that can cater 300 guests.
