MYK043 consists of: A ground level a spacious living room in a contemporary style with library and a table tennis, 3 bedrooms (two double and one twin, which converts into one bed), 3 bathrooms. On the upper ground floor there is an open space living room incorporating the kitchen and dining area for 10 persons. There is one more independent suite with 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom.
The very top floor houses 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private furnished terrace.
MYK044 has quite similar layout and the same comforts. Ground level includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area with ample separate terrace area and private entrance. At guests’ disposal there are 2 bedrooms (twin or double bed), each one with individual bathroom. There is also one more detached open plan suite with living area and twin/double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette and private terrace area.
Upper ground level, where the main entrance is has a lounge area, dining room, professionally equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom.
The upper floor offers 1 double bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the surroundings.
A spacious shaded terrace complements each villa, being furnished with sofas, sun chairs and a large wooden table seating up to 12 guests. Barbeque oven and equipment provided.
