Its a quiet location in the north-west of Paros, just at the end of a small bay with sandy windless beach and crystal clear turquoise waters. The main town and port is only 2 km away, which is extremely convenient. Numerous shopping and dining facilities available. Due to its location, the villa boasts unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.
The villa itself comprises of two houses, built of stone and wood, offering 8 bedrooms in total and conveniently accommodates a large family or group of 18-20 persons.
House I has 3 levels and includes:
Ground floor with two verandas, open plan kitchen with dining table, living room with fireplace and guest washroom.
Upper level hosts 1 king size bedroom and 1 bathroom. And the lower floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower or a Jacuzzi, small office area.
House II is similar with small differences:
Its ground floor features 2 big verandas with sitting area and dining table, an open plan kitchen with lounge, TV and cozy couch by the fireplace, guest bathroom.
The top floor houses 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed and a private bathroom.
The lowest floor has 3 bedrooms, each one ensuite. Two of the bedrooms have one extra single bed, there is also a steam bathroom.
Both House I & House II feature private parking and storage room. Outdoors by the infinity edge pool, there are two barbeque areas (gas/ charcoal) and a pool bar. For most comfort, there is also a dining area for 20 people, lounge and external shower. Every family member will spend great time here, during the day you can swim and relax by the pool and dine in the evening.
