Ground floor includes a large living room with 3 comfortable sofas (one of them could be converted in a double bed).
Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, which leads directly to the covered wooden pergola with brick built oven for barbeque. For guests’ convenience, there is a TV, DVD and WIFI internet access. Lounge opens to a shaded veranda with unobstructed sea view and pool view.
Same floor has 2 bedrooms (each one with a double bed and air-conditioning unit). Two bathroom, one of them ensuite.
Steps bring you down to the lower ground floor with a self-contained studio. It has also a separate entrance. This studio includes 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a private veranda and direct access to the pool.
