A luxurious villa by the beach available for rent in a quiet neighborhood in the south of Peloponnese. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea with spectacular views towards Hydra island. Villa perfectly accommodates a group or family up to 9 guests. The beach is right in front of the villa, just 200 m away. There is a summer resort right next to the villa, with couple of restaurants and bars. However, we recommend rent a car for most comfortable stay – nearest town with good selection of shopping and dining options is approximately 12 km away.
Villa consists of three levels, fully furnished and tastefully decorated in a modern style with some traditional elements. Large spacious interiors and luxury amenities guarantee ultimate comfort. Villa is good for two families travelling together, who still wish to have some privacy – here are 2 large living rooms with cozy seating and 2 kitchens, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking tools you may need. For entertainment, there is a TV and wireless internet access available.
At guests’ service, there are 5 bedrooms – 3 double rooms with king bed, 1 twin bed room and 1 room with a single bed. All bedrooms in the villa have air-conditioning. Guests share 2 bathrooms with shower.
Outdoor space of the villa is just amazing – it boasts private swimming pool with Jacuzzi section and spacious paved deck complemented with sunbeds and umbrellas. In addition, there is a shaded pergola with dining set and a barbeque area for guests to gather up for an alfresco dinner, enjoying perfect weather and serene landscape. Four our little guests, there is plenty of space in the garden to play.
Apart from staying at the villa, we suggest to take a day trip to the island of Dokos or Spetses, which are 30-40 minutes away by boat (daily departure from the nearest harbor). This is a perfect way to vary your holidays and explore Greece.
