In a couple of minutes’ walk from a quiet beach, there are two adjoining houses available for rent. Being part of a private vacation complex, they offer all the necessary facilities and amenities for convenient stay. In few minutes’ drive from the complex, there are many restaurants available and few mini-markets, where you can buy essential items.
PEL074 is a house of 78 sq. m. area for rent, conveniently accommodating up to 6 guests, offering splendid sea views.
The ground level boasts its big terrace with magnificent views of the sea and hills, inside there is a fully equipped kitchen united with living area, comfortably furnished with sofas. Wooden staircase leads to a small mezzanine with a twin bedroom, overlooking the sitting area.
Lower level hosts two double bedrooms and two bathrooms both fitted with shower. They open into a private garden with shaded pergola.
PEL075 is a bigger house, with total area of 100 sq. m., so that it lodges up to 8 guests at the same time.
Ground floor features a living room, incorporating the kitchen, which comes with wide range of modern cooking tools and appliances. Adjacent is a spacious terrace facing the sea. Via wooden staircase, you get into a small mezzanine with a double bed, completely open to the living room.
The basement has three bedrooms, one of them with a sofa, convertible into a double bed. At guests’ disposal there are two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, with ample storage units, some have a TV and access to a large terrace.
The complex has a swimming pool, shared by the houses. It has been built in the infinity style, so that it gives effect of water merging the sea. Special ozone cleaning technology installed, to reduce the use of chlorine. For those, who prefer sea, there is a small path, leading you to a secluded beach, it only takes 3 minutes to get there and enjoy privacy. As the beach could only be reached by the guests of the complex.
For the guests, shaded parking is provided and we recommend to hire a car for the most convenient stay. Complex lies not far from the ancient Epidaurus, and at 30 km from Mycenae, both places of high archaeological interest. In just 20 km there is an old Venetian city of Nafplio. It is a beautiful old city, which has a wealth of narrow alleyways and streets, steep stairs, taverns serving delicious Greek food, lively bars, clubs and cafés, a lovely seafront promenade.
