Kitchen has been fully equipped with necessary appliances for meals preparation. Same level has a separate guest WC and 2 double bedrooms, each one with ensuite shower room and accessing the pool terrace.
Lower ground floor has one double bedroom with individual bathroom, an open space lounge area and a laundry room.
The upper level hosts two more bedrooms (twin and double) sharing common bathroom with shower. Rooms have access to a private balcony.
The villa has its private swimming pool of 50 sq. m. laid with classic Italian terracotta tiles and with sun loungers around for maximum comfort. Few covered pergolas and barbeque area allow the guests to gather up for an alfresco dinner
