A newly-built spacious villa available for rent for the summer vacations. Located in a very tranquil area of eastern part of the Peloponnese peninsula, famous of its historical sights and located directly on the Aegean Sea. With spectacular views of neighboring islands, the villa has direct access to a semi-private beach, with crystal-clear water and a small jetty. Nearest village with all the essential facilities for your most comfortable stay is in 10 minutes’ drive only.
The villa comprises of four levels and offers 5 bedrooms, lodging a family or group of 10. In the basement you can find a garage for car, accessing the lounge with sitting area, open-plan kitchenette and dining table. Besides, there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate guest WC.
Internal staircase leads up from the basement to main ground floor. Here is a large living room with cozy couches, satellite TV with DVD player and stereo system. Dining table sits up to 10 guests. A separate kitchen comes with full range of cooking tools and appliances, cutlery and tableware to ensure the guests feel like home. A big shaded veranda adjoins this level and is comfortably furnished for outdoor lounging and dining when enjoying the views of the Hydra island. On the other side, there is a parking space (4 cars).
First floor hosts 3 more bedrooms, with large double beds and private bathroom each. Rooms have access onto the balcony with sea or garden view.
The top level is occupied with a master bedroom under a vaulted roof. It is fitted with double bed, ample wardrobe, small lounge area, private bathroom and access onto the private covered balcony with sea view.
The villa is just few km away from the bustling village with lots of places to visit: shops, bars, taverns, supermarkets. From the nearest harbor or even directly from the jetty in front of the villa, you can hire a boat, taking you to the island of Spetses or Hydra. Don’t miss chance to visit it for one-day trip, it only takes 20-25 minutes.
Car recommended for the most comfortable stay. Within 1,5-2 hours drive you can reach ancient Epidavros, Nafplion and Mycenae. In about 4 hours’ drive – there are archeological sites of Olympia located. Come to Peloponnese to learn more about Greece on your magical vacations!
