Villa PEL132 consists of is a two levels, recently built and fully furnished with modern appliances and comforts. It is a perfect way to host two families (total 6 guests), who are searching for independent accommodation and still be close to each other. Villa has traditional style for this region with modern vivid decorative elements.
The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious living room with fireplace, cozy couch, armchair, WIFI and TV for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen is an open plan area with dining set and comes with all cooking utensils. Adjoining terrace is very large, furnished for rest and unforgettable sea views. On the same level, there are 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, ample closet. Also, there are 2 shower rooms.
Two staircases (internal and external) connect the ground floor with a guest suite. Measuring about 40 sq. m., it offers 2 single beds (could be joined together), big wardrobe, LCD TV with satellite channels. Kitchenette has big table and all you need for self-cooking.
