Set in a tranquil area in the south-west of Peloponnese, within 5 minutes’ drive from a coastal village with shops, taverns, bars. Also, there are nice beaches in easy reach, while the nearest beach is only 1,5 km away. Villas stand on a large plot surrounded by a scenery of olive groves and a sea view. Both are tastefully designed and fully furnished with modern home appliance and comforts to ensure most secluded and convenient holiday.
Each villa consists of three levels, with the main entrance on the first floor. Here you can find a spacious, comfortable living area with cozy sofa, fireplace and adjacent kitchen, which is fully equipped with all you may need when cooking and has big dining table. Same level houses 1 bathroom. Interiors are very bright, airy, with many wooden elements, giving warm atmosphere. Living room opens to a large terrace, overlooking the pool and with amazing views of the bay and the sunset.
Stairs lead up to the second floor, where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated. Master bedroom features a queen bed with ensuite bath and balcony, 2 other bedrooms also have balconies, sharing common bathroom.
The ground floor is a very spacious apartment , perfect for 3 guests. There are two single beds, 2 sofas, kitchenette, table, closet, a full bathroom and a storeroom.
Large private pool complements the villa, and has a SPA are, separated from the main house. It is equipped with hammam (marble seats for 3 person), a Jacuzzi hot tub for 2 and a guest WC. An outdoor lounge area has built in seating and bar. Moreover, there is ping pong table, soccer table at your disposal and equipment for barbeque.
Apart from relaxing at the villa, we highly suggest to rent a car and explore the area. Among the “must-see” are Kalamaris Waterfall at Schinolaka and Kamares (old aqueduct), behind Navarino Bay. Within driving distance of the villa there are several monuments considered as World’s Heritage - famous Olympia, Mystras and the Temple of Apollo Epicurius, as well as Ancient Messini, the Palace of Nestor.
