Villa is divided in two levels, measuring about 300 sq. m. Special attention has been given to every detail when construction, therefore interiors area very spacious and airy due to plenty of daylight, getting through the broad windows, marble and oak floorings, vaulted ceilings – all this creates warm homey atmosphere.
Main level (130 sq. m.) houses a spacious living/ dining room with L-shaped sofa and patio doors opening to a tiled terrace (50 sq. m.), overlooking the pool, garden and the sea – ideal place for your morning coffee. One more lounge area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen are located on this level. Master bedroom comes with a big double bed, individual bathroom with Jacuzzi and private balcony. In addition, there is 1 guest WC available.
Ground floor occupies 170 sq. m. and comprises of 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each, a playroom with billiard and TV, storage, separate guest WC, bar area and an independent guest house, which has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.
A big swimming pool of free-shape with Jacuzzi, sunbeds and umbrellas is at guests’ service. Pool terrace also includes a shaded outdoor bar/dining area for family gatherings and alfresco dinners. Outdoor kitchen features grill amenities.
The villa is just few minutes away from the bustling village with lots of places to visit: shops, bars, taverns, supermarkets. From the nearest harbor or even directly from the jetty in front of the villa, you can hire a boat, taking you to the island of Spetses or Hydra.
