Comfortable villa of traditional style available for rent in south-east of Peloponnese. With its’ privileged position, villa offers stunning sea views and direct access to beach. Surrounded by pine and olive trees, villa guarantees tranquil and secluded summer vacations in Greece. At the same time, all the modern tourist amenities are in easy reach - restaurants, fish taverns, cafés, shops and vibrant nightlife (2 km away). Trip to the airport takes around 2 hours.
Villa consists of 2 levels and ideally accommodates a family or group of 8. Both air-conditioning and heating are installed, so that you can enjoy comfortable stay any time of the year.
There are 2 spacious lounges in the house, with cozy seating areas, fireplace. TV, DVD player and wireless internet access provided throughout the house for most convenience. Patio doors open to a covered furnished terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Large kitchen comes with all modern cooking tools and appliances. Also, there are all facilities for laundry.
At guests’ service, there are 4 bedrooms available, fitted with one double or two single beds, wardrobes. Rooms of the upper level have access to a sunny sea view balcony. Two bedrooms have individual bathroom, others share 1 common bath.
For our little guests, there is a nice playground in the garden, while you can also take advantage of a private tennis court with basketball hoop.
The nearest town of Porto Heli is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With excellent facilities for summer holidays: plenty of taverns, bars, seafood restaurants, with wide variety of shops and water sports stations.
Day boat tours depart from a small harbor near Porto Heli going to Hydra, Spetses, Poros islands. When rent a car, you can easily get to Epidavros, Nafplion and Mycenae.
