Villa stands on a large plot, fenced with an automatic sliding door, parking for 3 cars. Garden is fully landscaped with plenty of space, fruits and vegetables. Villa includes a main two-storey house and a separate garden, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Main house features central air conditioning and heating systems to maintain comfortable temperature. Semi-round interiors have big windows, traditional fireplace and cozy furniture. The heart of the villa is a large living room with L-shape sofas, TV, DVD, WIFI, billiard and open plan kitchen. There is a full range of all necessary cooking appliances, crockery and cutlery you may need including indoor grill and professional espresso coffee machine. Guests can enjoy dining indoors and outdoors on the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms for six guests, fitted with one double or twin beds, ample wardrobes. Guests share 3 bathrooms with the master bathroom offering a sauna and Jacuzzi. Two more guests can be accommodated in the guesthouse – 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
At guests’ disposal, there are beautiful external sitting areas and dining tables, as well as small gym corner, barbeque area. Ideal place to relax by the swimming pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas provided on the wooden deck.
Highly recommended for a travelers with children or groups of friends. Car rental is not essential, but suggested for most convenient stay.
