The villa has total living area of 220 sq. m. and accommodates maximum 10 guests. It is fully furnished, air-conditioned and modernly equipped, with all necessary amenities for convenient stay. TV, WIFI internet, laundry facilities and equipped kitchen available at guests’ disposal. Depending on your party size, there are 3 rental options.
Small party (family or couples) can rent the apartment only, which occupies at the ground level. The apartment consists of 1 master bedroom with individual ensuite bathroom and one large living room area. Here is also a modern kitchen, dining area and 1 more bedroom corner with an extra large traditional bed and 1 bathroom.
For those, who come to Rhodes with family and friends, we suggest to book the whole villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. Alternatively, if there are not more than 7 pax – you can use only the first floor with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Villa is surrounded by a lush garden, landscaped with trees, with a small path leading directly to the beach. On the beach you can find a private area with umbrellas and sunlougers. In addition, there is an equipment provided for barbeque dinners.
