Villa occupies large plot of 1600 sq. m. and comprises of two levels (total 123 sq. m.).
On the ground level there is a sunny living room, comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs by the fireplace, TV and other entertainments to ensure proper rest and relaxation. Open plan kitchen comes with full range of cooking tools and appliances, dining table sits 6. In addition, there is a WC on this floor.
Upper level offer 3 bedrooms, conveniently lodging 6 guests. Up to 2 baby cots could be placed if necessary. All rooms are individually air-conditioned. Rooms share a common bathroom, laundry facilities provided.
There are nice sunny terraces adjacent to the house, furnished for guests to enjoy open-air meals, perfectly accompanied with breathtaking views. At guests’ disposal, portable barbeque equipment available.
This villa is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with excellent facilities around for summer holidays: plenty of taverns, bars, seafood restaurants, with wide variety of shops and water sports stations.
Apart from staying at the villa, we recommend to combine your vacations with daytrips to other islands of Dodecanese – Symi, Chalki, Tilos, Kos.
