Villa stands in private seafront grounds, fully fenced and surrounded by green garden to ensure privacy. It measures around 350 sq. m. with 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two levels, both tastefully decorated with very bright and spacious interiors, climate control system installed.
Ground level offers a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, incorporated with the dining area and kitchen. For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and WIFI available. Kitchen is fully equipped withal cooking tools and set of crockery for self-cooking. Panoramic windows of the lounge overlook the pool and sea.
Same floor has 3 bedrooms, with one double or two single beds, ample fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom (master bedroom features a bathtub). In addition, each room has satellite TV.
Upper floor is totally independent from the ground level, which is very convenient when travelling as a big group. Here is a secondary living room with open plan kitchen, sofas and coffee table for rest. This level offers great view of the sea. Just like in the main lounge, there is a TV with DVD-player, a fireplace, 1 bathroom equipped with shower cubicle and 1 double bedroom.
The beach in front of the villa has been many times Blue Fag awarded for its crystal clear waters, it is only 40 m away from the villa, which makes this place ideal for travelers with kids. Outdoors, guests also have a swimming pool with hot tub section, sun loungers and day beds, dining area. At guests’ disposal there is a traditional brick built barbeque area.
Rent a car and go exploring the island with its stunning beaches, traditional villages in the mountainous areas, ancient Lindos Acropolis and of course Old Town of Rhodes with its castles, narrow streets and endless entertainment!
