Common areas offer plenty of space for rest, entertainment and dining. The living area has two sitting areas: one at the TV corner with a white designer sofa, and the other in front the fireplace. There is also a piano, a guitar, flat screen TV, DVD and WIFI internet access. The inside dining area seats 12, while the kitchen is equipped with full range of cooking appliances and crockery: microwave, dishwasher, electrical oven with steam functions, two fridges with freezer and ice dispensers, espresso coffee maker and many more. One more dining table sits six. This house also offers a fully equipped gym, sauna. On top of the building is a roof terrace with astonishing 270° views.
Villa has 2 independent guest houses, which have similar layout – 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette each. From both apartments, you enter directly into the garden.
