A cozy villa available for rent in Rhodes island. It is located in a small village on the north-east of the island and at the same time is very close to essential amenities and the town of Rhodes. Immersed in greenery of a lush garden, villa provides privacy and seclusion to the guests. It was built in 1876 and restored recently to become a dream place for your vacations in Greece.
Villa sleeps up to 13 guests. It comprises of a main house and guest rooms. Total living area is 180 sq. m. All rooms and areas of the villa have been tastefully decorated in traditional rustic style with many wooden furniture, traditional pebble floorings, beamed ceilings and also were modernly equipped to enjoy your vacations and relax.
Main house includes 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area. The living room has mosaic pebbles on the floor and 2 high raised wooden platforms with each a single mattress. Both of these platforms (banka's) are reached through its own stairs, and have a curtain in front of it, for privacy. Three small sofas are placed by the fireplace. For guests’ entertainment, there is internet access in the villa and a TV.
On the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom (air-conditioned), 1 single bedroom (air-conditioned). In between, there is also 1 bed for a child and a shared bathroom(shower).
2 Guest rooms could reached through the garden. One has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette, and the other is a guest room, with a bathroom next to it.
The garden is full of orange, lemon and pomegranate trees, fragrant herbs and lots of flowers, complemented with a private swimming pool, a pergola and lounge area. The pool has an ionizing cleaning system creating ozone, no chlorine used. There is a big hammock, sunbeds and an outside shower.
At guests’ service, there is a terrace with outdoor kitchen – sink, gas cooker, wood oven and a dining table for ten. Ideal place for alfresco dining and family gatherings.
Car essential when staying. Nearest beach is about 3 km away together with good choice of shops, restaurants and many more. Just 10 minutes away by car there is a huge waterpark, where both kids and their parents can have fun whole day. Come to Rhodes and enjoy your most unforgettable vacations!
